Different events will need different documentations. However, all documentations must be UPLOADED by midnight, Friday, October 23rd, for them to be judge (Both early events & in person events). Remember, even the in-person entries need a photograph of the student performing their music and platform entries uploaded. Plus, in music you will need to upload a copy of sheet music, and in platform events, you will need to upload a PDF typed copy of each entry. Again, different events will need different documentations. So please check the ACE Student Convention guidelines to see what needs to be uploaded. The beauty of this is you only need one copy per entry uploaded, not three copies. Praise the Lord!

All Early Entries must postmark by Wednesday, October 21, 2026 such as, Writing, PowerPoint, Photography. Photos need NOT be matted just digital photos needs to be uploaded. Events such as Science & Social Studies Projects and Arts/Crafts Exhibits must be shipped before Wednesday, October 21, 2026 or delivered and setup by 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 26, 2026, in ordered to be judged. 

You will need to notify Pastor Jimmy Burt at pastor@lbcministry.org to make any changes to student competition or attendance. No event can be added after Monday, November 26, 2026, because that will be the time the judging for the early events will start and it will give the convention staff enough time to do the scheduling for the in-person part of the convention. Events can be dropped but not added.
