Enrollment

Thank you for your interest in Lighthouse Christian School.

For students re-enrolling at LCS:

1. Parents must fill out a NEW application accompanied by
the re-enrollment fee.
2. Have an annual Pastoral Recommendation Form filled
out from your pastor or youth pastor.
3. Parents must sign and submit the Parent’s Code.

For NEW students enrolling at LCS:

1. Parents must submit an application accompanied by the
registration fee and previous report card.
2. The student must take a diagnostic test
3. Have a Pastoral Recommendation Form filled out from
your pastor or youth pastor.
4. Forward the Authrization for release of Records Form
to your current school office.
5. Parents must sign and submit the Parent’s Code.
